I really do wish it was that simple. Thanks for the advice, though!

How does this type of thing come on if you are running up and down a basketball court 3 times a week?

I honestly have no idea. I started experiencing it in April/May. Has only gotten worse. Back then, I only noticed it if I got hammered the night before. Now, if I have a couple, I'll be short of breath the next day. Yesterday (drank Saturday) I felt like my throat was swelling up. (No, Durkie, there was no c0ck in it).

Here's the thing about sleep studies: they're expensive. Think thousands and thousands of dollars expensive. Obviously that's what insurance is for, but my mom had one done last year and the final bill was around 17K. The other thing is that best case scenario, the doc does conclude you do have sleep apnea, and you just won yourself a CPAP machine. This means that every night when you go to bed, you strap this bulky mask to your face and it blows air into your lungs for you. Now I have never worn one of these things, so I won't speak on just how inconvenient they are. I would imagine modern medicine has encouraged these things to become as comfortable as possible. BUT, unless you fully plan on cooperating and wearing this mask every night, then don't waste your time with the sleep study.

Upon further research, I am thinking that alcohol is triggering anxiety. I know you all care.

Maybe if you walked once in awhile instead of taking a cart you wouldn't be so out of breath.
