I think a map of the state split up into 9 different sections would be better. NW, NC, NE - WC, C, EC - SW, SC, SE

Well too bad for you the original poster did not put up a map of 9 sections, maybe you should have expressed your opinion to him. The guy states there is four sections and puts up a map of 16 sections and says list your number. SMH.
