Breast feed

Breast feed baby or a formula feed baby?

Those OC that are breast feed babies could we get a pic of your mom?

I have no idea, and it's not a question I care to know the answer to. I would try to talk my baby momma out of breast feeding if at all possible.

Exactly. The AMA recommends only breast feeding for the first 6 mos, and breast feeding to extent up to 18 mos (I believe those are the latest recommendations). Breast fed babies have higher IQs (3-5 points or more, depending on the study). Why wouldn't someone breast feed if they could?

...and don't forget when the Cops pull you over you can shoot them in the eyes with breast milk and then speed off!

My wife wasn't planning on it originally but has changed her mind due to the vast benefits for both mom and baby.

All 5 of my kids were breast fed. Not only do I think they are much more healthier because of this, I did not have to get up in the middle of the night to feed!

Beginning to wean our 11 month old (first) off of breastfeeding now...

I also don't see why anyone would not breastfeed -- benefits to mom and baby according to everything you could possibly read.

My daughter has had only 1 cold/sickness, compared to the average 8-10 in the first year according to most studies..I attribute this to my awesome immune system + breastfeeding + mom stays at home all but 10 hours per week (no daycare).

I was bottle fed as a baby...WTF

Yes, my wife has boobs. And I never said she's tiny. I said she's short. She weighs about 250.

I wouldn't really try to talk her out of it, in fact I would probably encourage it. I just don't like how clingy breast fed kids tend to be. Of course, their health would be priority #1, so whatever she decided would be fine w/ me.

Um, I've never known breast fed kids to be more or less clingy than bottle fed ones. Maybe more bonded with their mothers but I wouldn't call my kids clingy at all.
