A devestating loss for the Irish in Ann Arbor.
Denard Robinson and backup QB were hurt for game in 2nd quarter. Only problem was Michigan was already up 24-0.
The Irish scored on back to back possessions to end first half to cut into lead. But threw a pick and failed to covert 2 4th and 1's in Michigan territory in the 2nd half.
Michigan was able to manage 2 plays of more than 5 yards in the 2nd half but both were big runs by scrambling WRs to get into FG range so UM could kick 2 40+ yards 2nd half FG which would be enough to win it.
'Its a damn embarressment' is all Coach Steel had to say after he was ran down by Erin Andrews after the game.
