I am looking for some sort of supplement for working out. I want something that is that helps with weight loss/toning. I do not want to body build. I'm not looking to get huge. I just want to cut some weight and maybe get my athletic look back. I don't know a lot about these kind of things anymore. I used to take creatine when I was playing ball, but I don't think that's something that'd be necessary for what I want right now.
Anyone know of/take anything that you would recommend?
