Employer: So, Peter, where do you see yourself in five years?
Peter: (thinking) Don't say, "Doing your wife." Don't say, "Doing your wife." Don't say, "Doing your wife."
Peter: Doing your...(sees the employer's family picture) son?

Married, college debt paid off, living somewhere warmer year round than Ohio, working my way up the corporate ladder, and a kid/kid on the way would be ideal.

To be honest...

I have no idea. I will be 31, almost 32 by then. The only thing I know for sure, is I plan to be married.

I'm pretty happy with where I'm at right now. Another child or two would be nice, and a new home. Hopefully the wife's grandparents will be gone and we can be moved in there soon. :D

I like this question, have heard some pretty ridiculous answers in interviews before. It really helps you weed out people, particularly for entry level positions.

Woo hoo! Glad that was your answer lol.

Married with a baby would be nice. I want four so if we start too late I'll be a super old mom. Financially stable, nice house, good job, etc.

...yet it is a commonly asked question. Prepare in advance for it so you can deliver it naturally and not make it look like you were scrambling for some bull **** answer like KR1245 did. It's usually pretty obvious when someone is winging it.

Hopefully with the same company at a higher rate of pay. Other than that I will take it as it comes. Kid will be 11 so hopefully he will be active in something whether its sports or band or whatever. Hopefully still with same girl but I could eff that up at any point in time.

Why would you want someone to memorize an answer for an interview.
