I have heard of this years ago.

In the name of safety of course, but they allow the shriners drive like madmen very close to the kids sitting on curbs.

Went to a memorial day parade in Lafeyette and they threw out so much cnady it was insane. Believe in Coldwater they allow candy still....no reason not to.
