I knew a girl who admitted she got a 13. She wasn't what I would call dumb, which makes me wonder about the scores of some other girls I know.

My best was 30. I got a 34 in Science but really sucked in the reading part. My lowest was 24 after my Sophomore year.
The lowest I've seen was a 14 by a girl I graduated with. She rocked a 9 in Math. I actually seen the score sheet myself. This same chick took either 9 or 10 tries to pass the 9th grade proficiency test that you had to pass to graduate.

What is the highest? Guy I know in our school got one less than that. Rumor was he got the highest score the next time.
Think I got a 27....it was a long time ago. I did get a 91 on my asvab though last year.

I got a 28 the first time I took it, then did worse the second time and got a 25. If you took the best score I got on each section from my two attempts I got a 29. I don't remember many of the other specifics other than the overall score. It was almost 7 years ago when I took it.

The reading section killed me, because I'm such a slow reader. Thankfully, I scored really high in math and science. Best score was a 30. Worst was a 26.

I believe it is a 36. A guy at my school got a 34 and my stepbrother got a 33. My stepbrother is literally the dumbest smart kid I know, though.

There was a girl at my HS who got a 35. Sadly I hear shes doing porn now haha. And yes 36 is the highest you can get.
As for me I got a 19 the first time and a 21 the second time. I did terrible on both the reading and english partly because I really didn't care and also because those are not my strong suits. I did get a 33 on the math both times.

I dont recall what I did well on. I presume it was mathmatics.
Funny thing is this...we had a baseball game that was like an hour away that day. We were to drive there after the test and get there when it started. I think 4 of the 5 of us were starters on the team. We, um, had a case of beer with us for the drive home. We get out, and there is a note on the car that the game was rained out. It was pretty windy so we threw it away, drove to that town and back and got hammered.
Not really teh smarthest thing we ever did.......and that is why my theory in life is that many times the difference between a "good" kid and a "bad" kid is just pure luck

I agree there is some luck involved, but I think a big difference is if kids learn from their mistakes or if they continue to make bad decisions over and over.

I took the test 2 times. The first time I got a 16. I had a friend who guessed on every question and got a 27, so of coarse I thought i would be able to do the same, so I pulled off a 16 guessing on the entire test.
The second time I took the test I went a different route. I was given a free period during the day to study for the test and i studied hard, even bought a couple computer programs to help. I thought for sure I would do well. When i got the results of the second test I was depressed as all get out. After all the studying I scored a 15. yes thats right, one point less than guessing.

I'm not sure if it was 34 & 34, 35 & 33, or 36 & 32. If I had to guess, it was probably 35 Math, 33 English. Those have always been my 2 strong suits by far. I remember being about 1/3 to 1/2 way done with the Reading, and they came over the PA system saying we only had 5 minutes left. I freaked! I'm such a slow reader. And the science was just convoluted to me.

Oh fine. I got a 28 one try. 30 something in mass. I refused to so it again bc that's all I needed for a small school to get in.

and you are right. LUck is the residue of design. Some people who get into trouble it is just plain bad luck they got caught and someone else didnt who does it alot.
There are those who put themselves into bad situations more often and hence are more apt to get caught.
Had a buddy who never drank and drove. ONe night it was cold so instead of walking home he drove. Got popped. Did his sobriety in his driveway with his wife and kids looking on.
I know for a fact he drank and drove less than anyone I know who drinks.

I took it a couple times; I scored a 26 in eighth grade and then proceeded to get a 34 in high school. I got a perfect on the science and scored highly in math, but my 32s in English and Reading prevented me from getting higher.

My wife works in the admissions department at UC. She's seen a 9 come through.
She and I both scored a 29 on ours. She got a 29 without a calculator for the math portion, too. I'm smarter than her, though.
