For one, selective status posts. The +1 (NOT just a like button, which people seem to think it is). But the circles feature is by far the best and advanced thing, imo. Ability to select who sees your posts is awesome.

Anyone upload pictures? I did some last night too see what it was like. You literally just drag and drop them from your harddrive to the Google+ area. awesome and easy as fuck.

Yes, see my latest post. I take photos with my phone and they are automatically uploaded and set to private. I can then share whatever I want.

For me thats the only thing missing. I just set up some sparks, which is another awesome feature. Basically, you type in anything into the Sparks, and it constantly brings up the hits to your stream. Kind of a short way to type it into Google news search engine everytime. I really like that.
