My girlfriend's daughter went with her boyfriend to his grandfather's funeral today as he learned his aunt was in a bad car crash two days ago... (he was in California for a high school academic event) After attending the funeral, the boyfriend's parents were enroute to his grandparnets for the wake when their car was struck by a tractor trailer and his father was killed and his mother was airlifted to Pittsburgh with multiple injuries. Please pray for this family, this is to much tragedy for anyone... Especially two kids still in high school.

Well, I do have an update for you guys as far as this tragedy went... The Boy's Mother is back in the area staying at a local nursing home for rehab. She is doing well despite all the broken bones, bumps, bruises, and having lost her husband. Her son told me she is staying very positive and very strong. My girlfriend has known her for many years and said the same thing. She said "Nothing can stop this lady, she just radiates a positive attitude."

I bet there is a few of us that wish she was some sort of coach on our football team... lol Anyway, Both boys are doing well and staying very close tho their mother's side (although she tells them to go have fun, she's fine lol) And if one good thing could come out of all this, it seems that the death of William Forester has pushed the local residents around his crash site to speak up and do something about the dangerous stretch of roach that they live on. ODT is conducting a traffic survey there and the results will determine what needs to be done in that area. Thank you for all the prayers to the family, please continue to do so as they deserve it. The son of William Forester also wishes to thank you for your prayers... He feels greatful that pure strangers would think and pray for him in his time of need.

Thanks again.
