I'm bad at this. I didn't mean that you did even though it looks like that's what I was implying.

OK, but what does our tax dollars matter if there is a dollar limit? Either way, they are getting $200 worth of food. If they want more food for that $200, then they should coupon. If not, then don't. It's not like more of our tax dollars are going to go to them if they don't coupon. They still get $200.

It really doesnt make a whole lot of difference to the tax payer. Not a bit at all. It wold help that person who obviously is struggling to make that $200 extend out more if they used coupons.

Its kinda like the saying of 'helping others who are trying to help themselves". Those who would use coupons who are on govt assitance are trying to hslp themselves, but those who just say screw it are not.

IN the end....it doesnt make any difference to the taxpayer

The 1 lady bought $1200 worth of groceries for like $120. Pretty impressive, except that with all that **** she couldn't make one single meal.
You would think that some of the stuff would expire. We buy one bottle of mustard every couple years, the one we have right now is expired. I can't imagine using anything close to 67 bottles within exp date.

Bingo. I'd rather be in and out of the store at regular price in half the time because I didnt spend time preparing coupons before heading out and then standing in line at the register fumbline through coupons.

Off your guys' topic, but I work at steak n shake and I hate cashing out a customers $60+ dollar meal, adding coupons, them paying $34 and tipping $4. Tip the original price. Not after all the coupons.

my wife had a coupon once for shaving cream that was for $1.50 off and walmart had the shit on sale for $1 per can. but they didn't give her 50 cents, just 50 cents off other shit we bought.

and it's criminal that what belly is saying is true, but it is. people spend their money differently when they've earned it as opposed to when it's not earned.
