Going to the Reds/Yanks game tonight. Look to get down there by 3:00ish, and looking for a nice bar(s) that fit the following criteria, in this order:

#1 - Reasonably priced
#2 - Within walking distance from the park (less than 1/2 mile, I'd say)
#3 - Good food, good beer, good Reds fans!
#4 - Good parking around, where I won't get ticketed or towed
#5 - A good place where we won't get mugged :)

We will be coming from the North via I-75. Any help is much appreciated! If all else fails, we may just have to party in Justin's garage.

Newport on the Levee. Parking is only $2. It's right across the river. Grab some food at Claddagh or Haufbrahaus.

I drive right by there twice a week heading to the Campbell County jail in Newport. On Reds game nights it is very populated.

I always park at Fountain Square for $5. It's a little less than a mile walk, so it's not bad at all. We walk from Fountain Square to the Holy Grail which is right across from the stadium. They always have drink specials, so it's not too much. I've only had the appetizers, but the food was pretty good and decently priced while I was there.

Nothing wrong with his conditions. Those are simply normal requirements for the average person. But just say "looking for a cool bar to eat at thats not in the ghetto" and drop the list.

This....preferably Claddagh. Don't they still have a ferry that takes you over to the park?

I know it is a little late, but I was going to recommend the Holy Grail as well.

So how was the game tonight, pre game and post game activities. I would have went the route of Justin's post that's why I never chimed in. Besides the only bars I've been to lately in Cincy were Gay bars.
