Yeah you're looking at about an hour and a half to Penn Station via NJ transit.

I exaggerated the NYC distance..but an hour and a half? really? not that I am saying you're wrong, but everyone at my work has told me it's a 50 min ride into penn station from new brunswick station.

And Justin, yes..this is my 2nd day, about to leave work and go sit in my non-AC apartment and stare at my wall until tomorrow morning.

That's not quite the same as taking a train.

Wat?

That is by taking the train...NE Corridor. You can enter any method of transportation in Googlemaps. Car, walk, or public transportation.

Doesn't google maps estimate the distance and time traveled by roads?

Ahh... your edit answered me. I understand now.

On njtransit.com it says hour and ten min from Brunswick station to Penn station...my Co workers swear it takes no more than an hour...either way my 30 min statement was way off lol

I think it usually takes 1:45 from Trenton to Penn Station on NJ Transit. Your best estimate would be whatever that time is estimated at subtracted from the 1:45.

One time between Christmas and New Years it must have taken 2:30 hours, and the train was so packed half of the people didn't even pay

I just found out the other day that the only train from NYC to Brunswick at night is at 1 am...which sucks because if I'm ever at the bars in the city I have to basically leave a little after midnight...or wait for the next train which is at 5'ish am. Not sure the exact time. But i'll probably do that rather than the 1 am lol

Bars stop serving at 4am.

How is New Brunswick?

I'm predicting you wish you took that Manhattan gig once you start coming into the city.

MOST bars stop serving at 4am, but the clubs and many lounges go later until the sun comes up (I speak this from experience ... ahh youth, those were the days).

Jobs going great. Justin, I haven't looked up your guys account yet..i'll do that right now. Other than that, making quite a bit of sales...although a guy in our office just absolutely rakes in the sales so I have a LOT of catching up to do if I want the belt (yes, the guy who sells the most per week gets to hold onto a WWE belt...it's pretty awesome).

I like the Jersey area actually..people are surprisingly friendly...makes you realize how depressed Ohioans can be sometimes. Talk to a gas station worker in Ohio and Jersey; it's night and day.

and auto, still haven't got an AC yet; it's fucking hot. It sucks. I just got paid so I'm gonna go look for one. I don't have a window in my room, so I can't get a window one. I need to get a stationary one, heard they're like 75 bucks. Lets hope.
