Yeah, we all live in the valley and are CCHS alums. I don't make it to as many games as equalizer but I've seen rock in action before. Again, he can be a decent guy but for some reason he feels the need to be over-the-top obnoxious. I couldn't tell you why......but it's not the kinda behavior you really want to be associated with......in real life or on a message board.......

How big of a crowd would that game draw? Would it be worth my time and monies to sponsor a tailgate? I really want rock to tell me to shove the site up my ass in person.

First game of the season and at home. New Head Coach. I can't recall how well Tusky CC travels but I'd say that Harding Stadium will be quite busy that evening so yeah....I think it could be worth it for you. And the whole "shove your site up your ass" thing is just too great to pass up.

Thanks for the info. Seems like it could get the OC's name out there pretty well if I had a big ass banner and was passing out free hotdogs or something.

Oh no you don't. Free hotdogs at a D6 opening game = all of us paying $12 a year to cover the expenses.

Maybe you could get JJ to put some fliers on cars or something? ;)

Just make sure you eat 25 hot dogs that night. You'll get your $12 worth.

Big Red is probably home Friday too since they don't believe in away games. Weekend tailgate!

Edit: it's Thursday. Damnit.

My HS plays Thursday, and I'd rather stay in town than drive 50 miles to see the Special Olympics convention in the Harding Stadium bleachers that night (I have a very small tolerance when it comes to dumbasses, thus the Big Red fan base irks me in about 0.24 seconds).

Anyone who came Friday could just hit up Wheeling Island, get hammered and lose their savings on Blackjack.

If this ended up working out we could have a couple tailgates throughout the year sponsored by the OC. Just go to a different part of the state each time. Could be pretty cool.

Orrville at Triway in Week 2 would draw a huge OC crowd.
