Why are you taking such an issue with that one sentence?

I never claimed Cicero was the "bad guy here". I never even implied it. But, Cicero's character is now being brought in to question. The article LJ posted addresses him violating rules of professional conduct. Another article just out addresses his affair with a judge assigned to his own case and him spreading tales of that affair within his legal circles, which speaks to his character.

A "hothead", as I put it, among other things, is someone who acts without thinking of the consequences of his actions and that certainly seems relevant when discussing Cicero.

Maybe you are simply on the defensive because of all the people you see defending Jim Tressel, which, again, is something I never did when making the statement that has you all worked up.

In the old days, it would have been handled with some discreet phone calls and nothing would have been the worse for wear. But what gets put on a computer stays around forever. Be careful what you post on facebook and myspace or your cell phone .

So you think Tressel hid this from his bosses/the NCAA and decided to inform Pryor's "mentor"(laughable term) because that was the best way to "protect the boys,"???

There's a very simple explanation for his actions(and earlier ones at OSU, and ones at YSU, etc, etc) and unfortunately it doesn't line up with the grandfatherly image he carefully tried to craft for himself the past two decades.

Cicero has made a nice living off defending primarily drug dealers and drug users the past 15 years in Franklin Cnty Courts. He was barred from the Courthouse at one time for smuggling a cell phone to a defendant who used it to make a "hit" attempt on a potential witness (it failed thankfully). But why do you think he of all people had the information in the first place? Because it was never about tattoos dummies...it was always about drugs.
