Justin, what are some good bars within walking distance of the park? I look to get hammered before the game, as I will be driving home.

The new Holy Grail is literally right beside the ballpark. Not a bad bar. Gets crowded and kinda expensive but definitely the closest. You could leave the bar at first pitch and be in the ballpark by the third pitch.

I'll be looking for a place that doesn't get too crowded, still in walking distance. I hear you have a nice garage?

I do not have a garage.
There are plenty of places within walking distance. Park over in Newport at the Levee and go to Hofbrahaus or Brothers or Claddagh or Jefferson Hall.

Then maybe you'll be unlucky enough to meet ETB. He is offering free mustache rides after all on that day. Maybe you or your Wife could take him up on that. I would say if was during the week maybe buy two regular tix and your kid a cheapo and hoppe there is an empty closeby the kid could use.
