this guy is looking to make a quick buck. Sells the video to CNN and is now thinking of suing the Miami PD? These are allegations, I'll wait to pass judgment once all the story is out.

Still seems like the cops did not handle this appropriately at all. I won't speak to whether or not deadly force was necessary for the driver, but the handling of the witnesses is grounds for some pretty serious disciplinary action, if not relief of duties and charges.

I agree! I really don't care about the POS that died in the car, but the way the handled the witness was uncalled for!

thats what it looks like if CNN showed the whole video. to me, if it happened how he said it did, i expect to see the camera recording video as it falls to the ground and is stepped on. it doesnt even look like the video goes that long.

But ya, while it was excessive to the point where bystanders were injured, the person in the car isnt the issue.

More typical shitty cop work in regards to trying to hide the video. If a civilian did that it would be tampering.

You girls bitch about quantity but not the quality, thats what people of lower intelligence do when they cant add anything of substance to a topic. I forgot how dumb people are here, always good for a laugh at the expense of those less fortunate.
