I am a Pittsburgh pro sports fan of all three teams but I am also a huge Ohio state fan and Big Red of Steubenville fan .. On the amature level that being HS and college Ohio is at the top .. At the pro level not so much .. Remember though, that much once raved about mini" Lebron" Punk named Pryor is from western PA. What a friggin dissapointment he has become ..another selfish little me me me me I I I guy ....Model you cant rip college and High school sports from Ohio .. The Buckeyes will get back to the top ... surely before Pitt or Penn state does

But, thinthick....Most of these guys who cheer for the steelers also just happen to cheer for the Buckeyes, and if they DON'T cheer for the Buckeyes, they sure as hell don't cheer for PITT. I wonder why that is? Hmmm.

I grew up during the Steel curtain in the 70's .. the Lumber and Lightning of the Pirates who won two titles in that decade and PITT with Tony Dorsett and the 76 national title ... Now I stayed loyal to the Steelers and to the PIrates but something about Woody Hayes and script Ohio just naturally draws you to the best college football culture in the USA that being Ohio State .. I think the band and the horseshoe and old photo shoots of Woody tearing up yard markers does as much for recruiting at Ohio state than any coach ..Ohio State is majic!
