An area athlete who graduated from high school the same year as Talbot, said in the 1990s he approached him and some other small college football players, saying he would arrange Pro tryouts for them.

Talbot has owned staffing and recruiting businesses in the past decade. The IRS filed a lien on Talbot in 2009 for $278,875 for unpaid federal taxes. in 2010 Ohio filed a lien on Talbot for $74,227 for back taxes owed the State. Liens by several companies are also on the books against Talbot.

According to public websites Talbot claims to have graduated from Kent State University, but the Kent State registrar's offices said Talbot attend school there for only two semesters.

And that's what I want to see to. Are they just asking what their accounts are? Are they just able to get trans histories? can they download and keep all 4-5 years worth or can they just look at a "read only" copy while the contract is valid? Many quetions about it that need answered.
