Some one else can post that newer big one!

WTG, Tribe!

I like the old one...

The new one isn't us.. It's too flashy, too big.. This one is small, but gets the job done. Kind of like our small market baseball team right now.

The fake Chris Perez posted this on Twitter. Filthy.

Yeah, that pitch was nasty. Almost looked like a slider, I know somebody said curve earlier.. It had a nasty 3-6 break to it and Bautista looked fooled as hell.

The Indians are in first place by five full games and Detroit is in second. While it is true that the Tribe is in a bit of a slump and they have been losing more than earlier in the season, those of you who know anything about Detroit understand that the Tigers are as inconsistent as they come and are capable of winning 6 or 7 in a row and then coming home to a series of under .500 clubs and getting run out of town. I don't think Cleveland fans need to be pushing any panic buttons at this point. Now if this current trend continues for a prolonged period, then I would start to wonder if the Indians are beginning to fade and drop back to the pack permanently. I don't see that happening just yet.

Game time. I'm sure Tomlin will be focused tonight after his horrid 1st inning last time out. I thought he recovered nicely..just didn't get any runs.

Go Tribe.

Drabek is all over the place. Gotta get more than just the 1 this inning.

Tribe chases Drabek after 2/3rds of an inning. He gives up 4 and is responsible for the runners on 1st and 2nd with Everett coming up to face Shawn Camp.

Great start...we win tonight and this doom and gloom road trip turns into a good trip. I notice that Farrell is taking out his starter before the game is over....something Acta needs to do. If you starter blows...get his ass out of there. Don't wait for 9 runs to cross the plate like he did with Fausto the other night.

Its a tough situation. You play to win every game, but managers are paid big dollars to keep in mind that this is a marathon and not a sprint. I think if that was a playoff game, Acta would have pulled the hook on him much earlier. A wore out bullpen than can't get anyone out is much more frustrating to deal with than a poor start.

Exactly. Fausto took one for the team. You can't wear out your bullpen because of a bad game.

And Drabek was yanked because he was visibly upset with himself. You can't show frustration like that as a pitcher.

Tomlin has a nasty 12-6 curve right now.

He sure does. That last one to end the inning looked silly.

Great at bat by LaPorta! Fouled off pitch after pitch then just launched a 3-run BOMB.
