I know people have been blasting Mike Bibby and rightfully so but he has been a really good player throughout his career

Yeah, through his career he has been. But hes a shell of himself, and is prettty bad now (compared to his peers)

Confidence, all a confidence issue. Also it's hard as a shooter when you go long stretches without getting a look.
