I have read that Kyle Chandler is the leading candidate to replace him and Meloni may be in line to replace Steve Carrell on the Office

He was good in Wet Hot American Summer and Harold and Kumar (Freakshow).

Definitely prefer him in the drama role though. Loved him in Oz and SVU.
