He is recognized by many, he's had more #1 blues albums than any one else going right now. He's been on the cover of every major guitar magazine. But he isn't recognized by the Grammys or Rolling Stone so people like you, who only listen to music that the industry tells you to listen to, don't know about him.

One question, do you know the significance of Royal Albert Hall? You don't headline there and have Eric Clapton as your GUEST if no one recognizes you.

I don't listen to blues. Why? Because it's panera bread music and it sucks

So you're not a fan of Zeppelin, Cream, the Allman Brothers, Hendrix, Santana, SRV, John Mayer, etc.? And you'e already established that you aren't a Bonamassa, Clapton or BB King fan.

He's a first class skin flute player, but then again, that's the default instrument for every male.

Love his music, but he is a bit of a pompous ass. I was around him a bit while volunteering at a Blues fest. He put on a great show and would highly recommend it.

That can probably be said about most musicians--especially when they're around their music scene. They're the man. But I am very much looking forward to seeing him live--I've never heard a bad review.

That is good music, I'm a fan of both. Especially Dispatch. I'm completely shocked that you can like this music and not Bonamassa. Anyways, the point remains the same. My original point about him being one of the greatest guitarists of all time stands. It's not an opinion, it's an observation.

I love zeppelin and don't mind the allman brothers but those other bands I don't listen too. I have a weird taste in music and it just so happens that bonamassa doesn't sound good to me.

My taste for music is wide open, more so than most. I've been exposed to a lot of different music in a lot of different settings and have some friends who are great musicians--I have an incredible appreciation for just about any genre. So it doesn't bother me at all if someone doesn't like something that I like--why would it? But like I said, the guy is one of the best that has ever lived as far as his ability to play the guitar is concerned. It's fine if you don't like him, but the foundation for that fact is very strong. The blues is much more than Panera Bread music too (I like Panera anyways :) ), you can hear the blues influences in Dispatch and The Strokes. BB King is the man too, guys like him and other blues pioneers paved the way for A LOT of great music to be created.

Though as I type that, this is what was playing on my iTunes:

A far cry from some blues. I think you just need to light a J, lay back and loosen up :)

talk shit about blues music and then say you like the Allman Brothers. lmao. I knew Gregg when he used to sit in PJs bar and drink all night, all through the 80s. We called him Gregg Almost. He was just a drunk. Still a nice humble guy though. His mom still lived in Daytona Beach Shores where they grew up.
Robert Plant was influenced by the blues music from the beginning.
http://www.learn-about-led.com/robert-plant.html
At age fifteen, he was already enamoured with the blues.
Robert Plant and his Delta Blues Band were the house band at the Seven Stars Blues Club in Stourbridge. They covered the songs of legends Robert Johnson, Bukka White, Sleepy John Estes and Muddy Waters among others.

DeyDurkie=Loser Troll. you don't know what the hell you're talking about.
