Thats great. What does that have to do with the draft lottery?

Here's a mock I came across earlier today.

Jon Diebler to the Lakers in the 2nd round. lol

I'll be shocked if he gets picked. My guess is he's bound for Europe.

Diebs did get a late invite to the pre draft drills..that is a good start to maybe get picked up in the 2nd round.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if Diebler makes an NBA roster, if Matt Carroll can make a squad then so can Jon.

Anyone who is 6'7" and can shoot over 50% from 3 will be on a NBA roster, how long he can stay on one will be the question.

Your point? You're getting on Cavs fans for rooting against Lebron. Just because you havent put together a photoshopped picture of Big Ben doesnt mean that you dont do the same thing.

I dont care if hes a great player or not. I'm not allowed to root against good players? Your arguments are making zero sense

I agree. If Chris Quinn can make a NBA roster than so can Diebs

If we draft Kanter I think it would be weird to have an asian on the team.

Chris Quinn is a much better all around player than Diebler, no doubt in my mind.

Chris Quinn can do a lot more than Jon. But the Carrol comparison is a legit one.

Shooters like Diebler are almost a dime a dozen, but guys who can actually continue their college success into the NBA and still shoot well have incredible staying power. We'll see. Personally, I don't expect that much from him but if he comes in and can shoot 40% or better from 3, he'll be well paid for his talents.

Diebler went through drills today in low top running shoes. Did he just get invited to the combine today and didn't have time to pack basketball shoes?

I just saw this on ESPN's front page.

Iriving to skip drills.

I wonder the reason for this. Still issues with the toe, or just doesn't want to risk his high stock?

I don't think Williams really makes sense for Minnesota personally, considering Beasley and Love are far and away their 2 best players and he's a 3/4 tweener. Then again, taking 3 PG in 1 draft didn't make a whole lot of sense either.

I think Kanter is definitely the best fit for them, but obviously I'm hoping they'll resort to T-Wolves form and take Kemba Walker or something like that.

Minn's GM most likely is legally insane, so you can about put money on him doing at least one completely illogical thing. Kahn's the Al Davis of the NBA when it comes to draft day.

I have a feeling we're going to see some trades. Too many good players on trade block IMO for it not to happen (Granger, Gay, Mayo, Iggy, etc.).

Caves #4 and trade exception could get them a nice player

I agree.

Gay is the only guy on that list that I would want. If hes not available I would rather keep the pick. Try to get another pick for next years draft, no need to rush the rebuild

Pacers are ones making seriously play for No. 2. Granger is being mentioned. So are Rubio and Beasley. Again, more later on FOX.
Beasley and Williams/Kanter with Hibbert? Not too bad of a frontcourt. I dont think they will be able to get Rubio to come play in Indy. Having Bird won't hurt though.

As always, not sure what T-Wolves are doing here. Granger at 3, Wes Johnson at 2? Love, Darko at 4-5 and Flynn at the 1.

I'd love if Brooks fell to the Cavs in the second round. Dude seems to be really able to fill it up, and the Cavs lack a pure scorer at the 2 guard.

As a Pacer fan, love this. Granger is a B list star. Great player, who will take you nowhere. He would be a great second or third piece though. If the Pacers pull off that trade and land Williams, Id be ecstatic. Would also love to get Beasley and Hibbert together, with Williams at the 3, Collison running the point, and George at the 2. That leaves you with Psycho T, Dunleavy, Price, and Rush off the bench, which isnt too bad.

As for the T-Wolves...Granger can play the 2 in that scenario. He doesnt like to do much but shoot and occasionally slash anyway. He is a weird breed as a SF.
