Cory Yaceczko, a third-year in accounting, lives on East Woodruff Avenue and said he helped organize Woodfest, along with other students on the street. Yaceczko said he and his roommates couldn't sleep in their house after the party because there was vomit everywhere from people who were pepper sprayed.

cops were gay as hell at woodfest apparently i cant walk through a back alley without getting maced *after being told to head to the alleys and away from the road*
and my friend is one of the kids who got the shit kicked outta him by the cops

I can understand being pissed off about the cops coming in and breaking stuff up/macing people without much warning.
But anyone who ever throws a beer bottle at a cop is a total dumbass. Hope their felonies and $25,000 bond with possible suspension/expulsion are good lessons learned.

A smarter person wouldn't have gotten maced as they would have realized the potential dangerous situation and left before it escalated. I was supposed to go, but ended up going to a friend's on 15th avenue instead....yes it sucks that the actions of a few jackasses ruins the fun for everyone, but isnt that what always happens in an event where police have to take extreme action on a giant crowd?
BTW Steel valley either a)didnt go to college or b) was too busy playing zombies vs. humans with all the other virgins on his campus (please tell me someone else here goes to OSU and knows what I'm referring to lol...the dumbass kids with the nerf guns and pink bandannas. This to me is a more pathetic problem than Woodfest haha)

Anyone caught with a pink headband and a nerf gun on a college campus should immediately be sterilized (prob unnecessary) and expelled. Been to a fair number of large parties..some that eventually got raided like this. We always left well beforehand seeing it was getting out of hand, and many times decided to not even attend the bigger ones becuase we knew what would happen.
Brother always did that too.....if it looked like it would be too big...dont even go.

osudarby08 they have that Humans vs Zombies shit up at BGSU as well I think they have been doing it for a while because there is this chick on my facebook who will be starting her 5th year in the fall and shes talks about it all the time and talks about how shes going to miss that more than anything when she graduates.

If you care to look back more than four weeks, you'll see that Columbus cops have been dealing with drunken idiots at OSU for decades. Every new crop of students thinks its unique, "The cops way overreacted man." In reality, you haven't a right to act like a jackass. I lived in Columbus for 30+ years. OSU parties that aren't broken up result in burned cars, smashed windows at businesses, burning dumpsters, burned couches, fights, and possible sexual assualt. Current student - you are in no way unique or special. You need to learn the same rule that's been in effect since grapes were first fermented: If you're going to get drunk in public, you stand a reasonable chance of having a terrible night. You can avoid this outcome every time if you take certain precautions.
