I don’t get stressed out anymore… the Good Lord protects and provides for me. He gives me my strength, confidence and understanding. This has been proven over and over again in my life.

Or

I come to the OC and use poor grammar and spell…

Somewhere out there, Fab1's head just exploded.

I like me some ham on my girl, but her ass is so big that I'm afraid of what she could be hiding in it.

Make sure you're eating right, getting enough sleep, and getting some exercise. That will remedy most stress/depression. If it still doesn't help, consider becoming involved in a church or community group, as just spending time with friends, as isolation tends to make stress/depression worse. If that still doesn't help, another option is to reach out to a counselor--Mrs. FFT is a psychotherapist, and many of her clients are just normal people who are really stressed out; a handful of good coping mechanisms can make things much better for you.

And whatever you do, don't try to drink away your stress. It "helps" in the short-term by burying them, but it can create a lot of long-term problems.

Havent been buzzed or drunk since July 10 of last year so I wont be drinking my problems away.

Working out typically has helped in the past. Been so difficult..I think the raining weather nonstop has killed me though. Gotta get on the exercise more. Part of my issues I think are that the last 18 months I have had a hard and fast goal in front of me to strive for and consistantly get to it. Once I got home in december...it quickly has gone downhill and starting to get very, very anxious and stressed.

Guess Iw ill just bury deap down inside and just try to work the stress out with extra training
