4 straight series' where he's only started 2 of 3 games. I think Dusty's patience is wearing out. With Votto and BP struggling he really can't afford Gomes in there every day.

That stat somebody posted the other day really made me scratch my head. In a fraction of the ABs that the other guys have had, Heisey has close to the same amount of RBIs. Why again is he not playing more?


I think Dusty was quoted as saying that he only matches up well with certain types of pitchers... and he knows the type, and thus Heisey generally only faces those guys. Haha you cant make that crap up. Who does Jonny match up well with?
