Why do you say that? The NCAA could still bring down the house depending on if more is found. Breathing easier won't happen until this investigation is done with and we find out what is going to happen. OSU will survive. But the program is going to be set back, no question.

BTW, Ray Small is a PUNK. Has no credibility at all. He was resentful because he spent his entire OSU career in the dog house. Maybe things did happen...but listening/believing in him is like believing what OJ had to say.
