Also, how about the Tribe not striking out versus Weaver, the first time in his career he hadnt struck anyone out. It wasnt a record (I dont thin), but I remember a few starts ago, the BBTN guys were talking about how he was on some sort of tear with his K numbers in every start.

55 Ks coming into this start.

Was he out? I'm sitting by the fire outside listening to Hammy. He didn't think he was out.

Either way, time for the Rage or whatever the hell they say.

Hell, I though he was out on the SB AN the pickoff lol.

As for Weaver and Ks. I meant consecutive starts/games with at least one strikeout. So he had struck out at least one batter in every game he had pitched in since entering the league (until tonight)!!!

Big win. Did NOT think we would beat Weaver. But now, tomorrows game is playing with house money. Already will be pleased with a 3-3 WC Trip. But 4-2 would be amazing, with 2 series wins.

Didn't get to see most of the game but I was very surprised we were able to get to Weaver like that. It also sounds like Alex White did a nice job pitching himself out of jams and keeping his composure. Great job as usual by the bullpen and Chris Perez gives us a nice easy one.

Simply Amazing Go Tribe!

Had this chalked as a loss. Great game for the Tribe. Alex White has looked pretty damn good his first two starts in the league.

Went to the movies so I missed this game, and it sounds like I missed a great one!

Just saw the highlights on quick pitch (MLB Network) and when Choo hit that 2 run double, the stadium had some pretty loud cheers in it.. How awesome is that?

Alex White is looking like everything I thought he could be. Two good starts to open up his MLB career. He's a guy I'd love to keep up at the ML level. He threw 94 or 95 on his 100th pitch to get the big time K to end the inning in the 6th.

On top of it all, this team continues to impress. Never give up, fight to the end mentality. Choo had a big hit and Santana looks like he's getting it going at the plate... Look out.

0-2 walk to Grady got to Weaver, he fell apart after that. First outing Weaver had where he didn't record a K and he was leading the league in that category. Bad outing for Weaver or Tribe on fire? Don't care personally, a win is a win.

IMO it was more of good at bats for the Tribe. Weaver has good off speed stuff and tries to get you to swing at it out of the strike zone. That's how he gets his Ks. The Tribe was very patient and made him come into the strike zone. But, he was frustrated too after giving up the two 0-2 walks in a row. You could see it in his body language.
