On Wednesday, May 18th we'll be making (what seems to be) our annual trip to the Solon Summer Wrestling Experience.
I just received the waiver form. If you want to be a part of this FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED trip, you'll need $15, a Solon waiver form, as well as a travel waiver form, in hand as you enter my van.
The Solon open mat is easily the best in the state, most likely region, and quite possibly, the nation.
My email is [email protected] - Please put "Solon Trip" in the subject line.
01. TheMightyCruiser (check)
02. bitterrunner-up (check)
03. Zach Brown (send waivers)
04. Jake Donatelli (send waivers)
05. bw133 (send waivers)
06. westie101 (send waivers)
07. wildcats1984 (send waivers)
08. upset_125 (send waivers)
09. Chris Mullucey (send waivers)
10. Ryan Murdocki (send waivers)
11. Andrew Higgins (send waivers)
12. Jason Maynard (send waivers)
13. Z. Gantner (Teays Valley) (send coach waivers)
14.
15.
2 spots left... just let me know.

Cruiser...I'll talk to The Boss, but I'm pretty sure I'll be able to make it. Also, will there still be a Tuesday room at The Port the week of the Solon Trip?

bitter: Yes Open mat will take place on the 17th, then the trip will occur on the 18th.
wildcats: We use Quaker Steak and Lube on I-71, north of I-270, in the Polaris area, as a rendezvous point, meeting there at 4:15pm, departing at 4:30pm. We then return (roughly) around 10:42pm that night.
Let me know if you'd like in. It is certainly a great time.

Just think if there were some opportunity like this in Central Ohio. The that could be the best wrestling opportunity in the state, and people would be bringing vans here. Oh wait...

I L-O-V-E it, huntergreen!!!!! One day, brother... One day.
This is a "field trip" of sorts. Perhaps other parts of the state will reciprocate! (Thank you, Jesse Jackson!)

Count me in for the trip, Upset_125. I have recently gotten my medical red shirt and will be training for my fifth college wrestling season. I Hope bitter will bring his dvd player to keep us entertained on the long ride.

Cruiser...I talked to The Boss. It's official, I'm in. Of course, the Wednesday after the Autism Tournament I may not feel like locking horns with anyone that night.

Be sure to wear funny looking outfits. Probably get a chuckle.... Coach D's a bit mischievous himself.

Cruiser, it looks like a good crew you've got there. Have you contacted Chris Stadler yet?
