Fiesta Bowl: TCU -vs- Boise State
Sugar Bowl- Florida -vs- UC
Orange Bowl- Georgia Tech vs Iowa
No. Two mid-majors aren't going to play each other.

Swap Boise and Ga Tech or Iowa.

I would say that TCU will play Georgia Tech and Iowa plays Boise State

Does the Big East not get assigned to a Bowl Game?

If they do, then how would they play Florida?

Yes they are.

They automatically get a BCS bid.

They are not tied to a specific BCS bowl. Which is what I meant. Like The Big Ten champion is tied to the Rose Bowl, the ACC champion is tied to the Orange Bowl. The Big East champion gets a BCS bid to whichever BCS bowl selects them.

I thought it was the Orange Bowl, but I could be wrong. Either way, my fault.

Edit: You're right, the only teams that host bowls are the Big Ten and Pac-10 (Rose), ACC (Orange), Fiesta (Big 12) and SEC (Sugar).

For my viewing pleasure I would like to see:
Florida - TCU
UC-Penn State
Georgia Tech-Boise State
