Patriots and Eagles swapped 193 and 194 picks...making it the 11th consecutive year those two franchises have made a draft-day trade.

Devine has some character concerns but he could be a Darren Sproles type. Change of pace, maybe help in the return game.

Romeus could be a steal for the Saints in the 7th round

he was better than Sheard in 2009 and a first or second round prospect

injured almost the entire 2010 season

Sproles was much better than Devine in college, had 0 of the red flags, and Devine returned 0 punts and 12 kicks after his freshman year when he did it regularly (and WVU found out he just wasn't very good at it, so he stopped doing it).

There was no reason for anyone to draft him. Coming back for his senior year was a mistake. A 4.5 YPC average for a 5'8 (yeah, right), 170 pound RB who is dumb as hell and has off-field concerns like he does.
