I like the way the team overcame adversity in the regular season to make the playoffs and get a good seed.

But this series, losing Game 7 at home and blowing a 3-1 lead, is just a choke. And a terrible way to end the season.

lol exactly. I can't wait from him to try and weasel out of this one. I also recall him not responding when ppl brought up OSU and high school football as well because he realized his fail. It was one the biggest IPOTW I've ever seen.

Since I started it, I can say its from memory. When you or any other poster say something idiotic (which happens a lot, esp with you) I make a mental note. Then if needed I use the sites terrible search function for the post if the idiot tries to call me out on it.

Oh ok, I remember now. I was thinking it had something to do with this thread.

In hockey, it would be tough for a southern team to have more knowledgeble fans than Canadien teams or teams from up north, unless they've had a lot of success to keep fans interested for awhile.

Back to the topic.

Again hats off to Pittsburgh, I commend them on the effort for the season, but what a shitty way to go out. I didn't see them making it past the second round, but I predicted to win this one in 6 and thought it was definitely obtainable.

Crosby should be ready to roll and from what I've read Geno's rehab is going great. The future is still bright and no doubt the Pens will be in the hunt again.
