No QB really looks the part yet. Still early, but not overly impressed by any yet. Maybe the defense is just that good?

I like the mobility from Miller, but his mechanics (his feet really) need a lot of work. I think that will come though.

I want to see more of Rod Smith. He looked tough in his few carries.
Shhh we need to see more from Boom Herron haha. I mean he is only missing the first 5 games of the season! That guy needs touches! Plus any time a guy has been only slightly above average his entire time on campus, you continue to feed him the rock. Even when more talented players lurk behind him

That's about the same amount as the other guys. There are so many young guys. Just want to see them play. The point is that we know who Herron is and what he can do

Jordan Hall looked really good running the ball and Braxton Miller looked good once he got settled down. Didn't make much sense that Rod Smith, Jamall Berry and Carlos Hyde didn't get more carries with the 1's since Boom won't even be playing the first 5 games.I think Rod Smith will probably end up taking carries away from Hyde.

No, it's not, but based on most of the threads he starts around here it's very clear that he thinks your phone is THE status symbol in life so he wants everyone to know how he's posting and how cool that makes him.

Heard from several that Miller was the most impressive. Still way too early to judge him since he should still be in school, but it's good to hear he didn't look out of place.

Braxton Miller looked really good. Bauserman sucks and has no business being a starter.

The WR situation scares me.

I was at the game and I came away with a few impressions.

1. I kind of liked this format better than dividing into two teams because you have equal players going against each other and it allows for more consistent and realistic play calling. I also liked that the QB was live the whole game.

2. I have no idea who will be the #1 running back during the first five games next year, but I'm not sure that we need someone to step up and be the guy.

3. I have no idea who the best QB is, but based on what we saw today and what we've seen in the past I know that it is not Bauserman. I have a feeling that we'll probably still see all four in the first game and we won't really know who the guy is until the Miami game. I doubt Miller will be the game one starter, but I think he will end up being that starter before Pryor returns unless one of the other three really establishes himself in the fall.

4. The wide receivers need to learn how to hold onto the ball. The big guy, #19 (I can't remember his name) is a guy I could see shining early on this fall. He's big and physical. Kind of reminds me of TO in a lot of ways.

Lmao, are you serious? A phone makes you cool... I'm into tech/video games. on the tech websites, you put the developer of the rom your running to show support and awareness. Thats all my signature is for, period. People need to get over themselves and just enjoy the forums and get off peoples back because of my hobby.
