Stopped reading right there. You lost all credibility in your first sentence.

Exactly

Bulls/Heat is a big time matchup, especially for TV ratings...everyone is watching it. Cleveland is up there in % because they had a vested interest in Lebron, so people will still tune in. They do that to watch him lose, though.

Who gives a shit about who watched and who didn't? I'm sure a lot of people in Cleveland did watch--whatever the reason, they are within their rights to do so.

Ask Darren Rovell. I'm not even sure what you are trying to argue? Multiple people on here said that no one cares about LeBron or the Heat, especially Cavs fans or Clevelanders. Why watch a team/player that you don't care about?

There are 2 teams playing and you kind of have to watch both teams play.

LOL so watching=caring?

There's only 2 series going on right now, fans of the NBA gotta watch something. Yes, there's a connection between Cleveland and Lebron...but, just because they tune in to watch him lose doesn't mean they care enough to watch.

I watched the game because I want to see the guy lose. I dont care who wins the WCF's but I will still watch them. I didnt really care who won the WS last year but I still watched it. Same thing goes for most of the Superbowls that I have watched. Its the ECF's, NBA fans are going to watch. This shouldnt really come as a surprise to anybody.

So everytime a Cleveland fan decides to tun into the NBA playoffs its because they cant get over Lebron? Nice argument

You don't believe that. Remember when you said the Lakers lost to boost ratings? Oops.

So they don't care enough to watch, yet they still watch to watch him lose? I see.

No, every time a Cleveland fan decides to tune in to watch LeBron lose means they care. You can't say you don't care when you are saying you hate him. That is the only point. It isn't an argument at all.

I guess what he's (lotz) trying to say here is whether you HATE him or LOVE him, by tuning in to root AGAINST him, you "care" if he loses. I don't think he's implying you still "care" in the affectionate sort of way.

Myself...I want nothing good to happen to him because of the WAY he exited, not THAT he exited. I won't spend my valuable time watching him though.

The Bulls do not have to shoot 48% from 3 to win.
I didn't make that claim.

This is exactly what I was saying, and had already said it. Its not a difficult concept at all.

Why? If I was so infatuated with him I'd tune into EVERY game he was on TV to watch. I don't.....haven't seen a single game he's played in. I DO want him to go down in flames and never win a championship but it's NOT because he left. It's HOW he did it. As I said before, knowing what a spoiled, petulant child he was in Cleveland AFTER the fact...GOOD RIDDANCE to bad GARBAGE.

And perhaps the laughter is because you're looking down your pants?

So when I turn on the OKC/Dallas game does that mean its because I care about Jason Terry? Nice logic fail.

I've explained it a million times. You're only kidding yourself, you do care THAT he left.

Had he not done "The Decision", you would still tune in to watch him go down because he left Cleveland.

So now you're trying to tell me that I care about the series, if I decide to watch the game? Couldn't it just be that I like sports in general and when it gets down to the final 4 in any sport, I always watch it?

Perfect example..hockey. Not a hockey fan, but I have watched most of the past week or so of Stanley Cup Games simply because they're sports and I like watching sports. Why does that mean I care about the games? Can I not just be a casual observer of a sporting event?

You might want to heed your OWN advice...

"I think it's hilarious that you guys assume you know everything about someones life based on what happens on a message board.

I REALLY don't care THAT he left. It was within his rights to do so. Anytime someone pisses on Cleveland I curse them with a pox. They are dead to me. Manny Ramirez left Cleveland. I still liked him. Vizquel left Cleveland. Didn't have an issue with him. Thome left Cleveland and I DID have an issue with him because his departure was similar to Lebron's. It's HOW they left not THAT they left.

According to Lotz your probally watching Hockey because you hate Lebron.
