During this entire Run KD has been going crazy. Gallinari hasnt been on him once. Easily the most effective defender we've put on him this series. Karl amazes me with his stupidity at times

Maybe the NBA rule is different, but I have had that happen to me as well as teams I have coached and every time it is called a back court.
