If you have any Easter plans I would wait till Monday to start because the diet during the cleanse is pretty strict. I would always start a cleanse on a Monday as well so that there's only one weekend during the cleanse.

That'd be great. Odds are I won't be able to start for another 2 weeks. Just a hectic time coming up for me.

I guess I know a couple more distributors than I originally knew. Hopefully I'll get a good deal...

Bases, it is best to sign up for the distributorship, The 20% will at least pay the shipping and tax. I believe you have to sign up under someone who is an advisor even if you never want to sell it. If you are going to order, order stuff all at once, cause there is a minimum shipping fee for every order. Best of luck with it, I think it works great, while I just became an advisor, I am not good at pushing the stuff on other people. Just like what happened here, you open yourself up for attacks. I don't worry about them attacking me because I have seen the results.

The problem most of the people I know have is shelling $182 for it. They fail to look at it as a 24 day investment, and you will save money on food over those 24 days as well. I would say good luck, but I know if you follow the plan, it will work.

This is not the in depth instruction I got from my advisor, but it will get you started https://www.advocare.com/110310359/Pdf/W3172_00I1009_HerbalCleanseInsert.pdf

Basically take the stuff as prescribed in this packet. For breakfast have the meal replacement shake. Have a snack a couple hours later, nuts (almonds are recommended) about a 1/4 cup or some fresh fruit or vegetables. Eat a sensible lunch chicken/fish/ lean protein. After lunch, you can have another light snack of something healthy. Then dinner another protein, recommended 4-8 ounce serving. salads are good, green beans, tomatoes, onions all good stuff. stay away from starches (corn potatoes) especially for the cleanse phase.

I ordered the 24 day challenge. I have it sitting at the apartment. Hopefully when I get back there on Tuesday, I can start it then.

I also ordered some Catalyst to take also.

If you don't start on Tuesday or Wednesday wait until next week to start. The diet is pretty strict during the 10 day cleanse, and if you start any later than Wednesday you'll end up having two weekends during your cleanse. No fun.

The bad part about it, I'll probably do some traveling Friday-Saturday-Sunday...not fun doing this while traveling. But I need to start soon.

I am aiming for a Tuesday start, my flight gets in at 10:30pm tomorrow night...so I should get up in the morning and start it then.

weekends are tough, I am on the road a lot, and I had to pack snacks to get me through. It is best to eat something every 2-4 hours, it helps keep the metabolism up. Just dont eat a lot.

Started the cleanse today!

So far, breakfast and midday snack is out of the way. Had the Catalyst and the meal replacement shake, snack was almonds and water, waiting for the wife to get here so we can go get some chicken and salad for lunch.

Here's to some weight loss action!

Hope it goes great for you. I am down 28 pounds, I have hit a bit of a standstill on the weight, but I am still losing inches. Before I started, i was in a 38, I juts bought a pair of 34's tonight. I have been 15 pounds lighter than i am right now, and could not get into a 34.

For those in central Ohio I guess there is a big Advocare event going on at the Hilton at Easton this Saturday at 11am. I think it's probably one of those things where they thy and get people to sign up to sell the product.

I believe it is more about getting advisors there to equipp them, but most advisers bring their prospective people. Not sure if it is open to just anyone, you can check the website.

At the start of day 3, I have lost 8-9 pounds already!

Man, I hope I can keep this up. And then, I hope I can keep it up after I finish the 24-day challenge.

Yeah, I thought the same thing. I stepped on the scale on Tuesday morning, Wednesday morning, and this morning.

In one day, I was down around 4ish pounds. I just thought it was just because...no reason, weight just fluctuates. But then this morning, I was baffled to see it. Weight fluctuates, but it has never fluctuated THAT much for me...ever.

you must be full of poop. The first couple days will see the most weight lost. Some is going to be water weight, the cleanse pill at bedtime had me going pee every 1/2 hour.

Honestly, I am not going (pooping and peeing) hardly at all. I am kind of disappointed in that regard. I thought I was supposed to a little more because of the "cleanse."

But, it may be because I was sick a couple of weeks ago and I used a lot of cayenne pepper to help my throat. The cayenne pepper really cleaned me up, BIG TIME.
