Would you believe I root for OSU, I just don't believe in all the bull crap that people are buying into about Tressel and this whole situation with the violations. He tried to cheat and was caught, game over as far as I am concerned. Maybe his opinion could influence the committee that will make the decision. You can now go back to your law books in your dorm and find a proper response that may sound educated but will ultimately make you look like the ass you are.

What would you think about a judge in a jury trial that gave an interview expressing his opinion on the defendant in the trial before the trial had concluded? Can you give us an example of that ever occurring?

What would you think about a member of a jury giving an interview expressing his opinion on the punishment that should be meted out to the defendant before the trial was over? Have you ever served on a jury, do you remember what the judge told you about talking about the trial?

Many think the NCAA to be worthless. With that being said , the entire NCAA would implode if the person in this article had even an iota of influence in what punishment Tressel should receive.
