Few years ago someone found a gift certificate that was from the mid 80's at a local grocery. It had since changed ownership but they still let them use it.

I found a gift certificate that was 11 years old, for $150 at a resturant, and used it last saturday night (it didnt cover our full meal.....).

Whats the oldeset one you used and for how much?

my wife has a box of coupons (from her grandmother) some of which are from the 1970's. No gift certificates older than maybe 3 years that I've ever recalled using.
