Last night would have been at Bradley... Anyone, anyone... Bueller, Bueller... In 1930, the Republican-controlled House of Representatives, in an effort to alleviate the effects of the... Anyone? Anyone?... the Great Depression, passed the... Anyone? Anyone? The tariff bill? The Hawley-Smoot Tariff Act? Which, anyone? Raised or lowered?... raised tariffs, in an effort to collect more revenue for the federal government. Did it work? Anyone? Anyone know the effects? It did not work, and the United States sank deeper into the Great Depression. Today we have a similar debate over this. Anyone know what this is? Class? Anyone? Anyone? Anyone seen this before? The Laffer Curve. Anyone know what this says? It says that at this point on the revenue curve, you will get exactly the same amount of revenue as at this point. This is very controversial. Does anyone know what Vice President Bush called this in 1980? Anyone? Something-d-o-o economics. "Voodoo" economics.

Vengeance Wrestling Club will be sending a crew down tonight before it heads to Sunbury next week.

Open mats at Bradley were great once again last night.... Plenty of talent all over the place to clash with. I hope the following continues toward the North side... I know we will be sending a crew next week to the nut.

I was impressed with the #s.
Hopefully the Nut can build on or at least maintain these #s.
Id hate to see it go the other way.
We will support it up north this month.

How were the mats at New Albany...was attendence strong....

I was there last night. Numbers seemed a little low (about 15ish), but that might of been because people where on vacation with the school year just ending. I like the structure. There where a few of the older guys helping out some of the younger wrestlers which i thought was pretty cool. Hopefully this open mat will begin to pick as the weeks go on.
