Beginning Sunday May 1st, Ready will open its room to all. These open mats are free and begin at 6 p.m. every Sunday until next season. We usually get a pretty good turnout. We hope to continue to build and add to the competition in the room from the last two offseasons. Ready is located at 707 Salisbury Road, Columbus 43204.

The last two years his has been an excellent room, consistantly good numbers and strong competition. It'll be interesting to see with the late start (May instead if April), if another Sunday room will open up to fill the void for that first month and if so, will numbers return in May? I hope so, I've always liked that room.

If I'm not up at Liberty, I will certainly try to be here. But let's fae it, I'll most likely be asleep on the couch or in my bed at that point. I heart naps.

Ready held its first open mat of the offseason last night. Numbers were in the mid-thirties with all sizes and skill levels. Several coaches were also in attendance. See you this Sunday. The doors will open at 5:30 and the workout begins at 6.

I wondered up a few posts whether or not the numbers and competition would return with the late start. Well, the groups that I was in were excellent, numbers were solid. I look forward to coming back next week.

Another solid group Sunday (Mother's Day) at Ready's open mats. Several schools were represented and a few new faces that only improved the competition in the room. Don't miss your opportunity this Sunday to add to the competition and get a great workout. See everyone Sunday at 6 p.m.

Another good room last night. There were about 35 kids getting after it. It was mostly high school wrestlers with some junior high and college guys sprinkled in. See everyone this Sunday at 6 p.m.

I was totally planning on attending last night, but then my little one wanted to grill out. So, instead of getting a good workout I ate too many hamburgers. I'll be there next week for sure.
