VCU is 27-11

This game is in San Antonio, Texas and will be broadcast by CBS

Not really all that relevant, but I was just looking through the 2008 NCAA tournament bracket, and holy shit has Kansas been lucky mothers the last few years. I forgot they had this draw.

To get to the Final 4 in 2008: (16) Portland State, (8) UNLV, (12) Villanova, (10) Davidson

Not taking anything away from them, because they obviously earned the top seed both years and did beat back to back #1 seeds in the FF and title game in 2008, but it's crazy that a team could make 2 Final Four runs in 4 years without playing a seed higher than 8 either time.

The Davidson game did come down to the wire in 2008 after 3 straight blowouts, so if history repeats itself maybe VCU will at least hang in there tomorrow.

if VCU wins, will be this be more humiliating or embarrassing for Kansas than losing to Northern Iowa last year? I don't think it'll happen today, but they'll never live that one down.

Seeding and luck goes along way in determining which team emerges unscathed.


If VCU hits 10 or more 3's they will have a chance. If they don't, they will get rolled.

Yeah, nothing personal or against Kansas. Just rooting for the underdog. I've been rooting for chaos since my bracket was fucked and Syracuse lost.
