Just came home at half of the Buckeye game... stopped to bye $10.00 worth for my family and the family we were with tonight. Get home to find out I am the lucky holder for the Tuesday night. Bought it at 10:47 and the cut-off is 10:45. Would have been nice if the dick behind the counter would have told us. I looked on the lottery site and read the rules. Sorry folks, but I am rooting for 0 winners tonight.

That's a damn shame. The poor fool will probably walk away with $1.58 after they get done taking the taxes out.

I would love to be that poor fool. The straight cash value has to be somewhere in the 200 million range and he can expect about 60%ish of that number. I wouldn't complain.

Cash value is $198 million. They should still get a good $130 million after all of the taxes are taken.

Well, I didn't win (didn't hit a single number). Glad I bought a ticket for tomorrow night's $125 million Power Ball jackpot.

I've never understood why anyone would buy anything other than a $1 ticket. Your odds of winning increase so infinitesimally by having a $100 ticket over a $1 ticket that there actually is not difference in your odds of winning.
