What's scary is that he is a just a freshman. He's torched my Bearcats twice this year. He is going to be a very going player for the Huskies for the next couple of years.

He is correct. It used to be that the ball actually had to be within' the cylinder, but they changed it a few years back to basically mimic the NBA rule.
