This officiating is just brutal at times. Brandon Paul gets knocked to the ground on a drive to the basket and there is no call, but when Kansas brings it down the other way, Tisdale reaches out and gets nothing but air and the whistle blows.

Maybe it is incompetence and not favoritism, but it sure isn't helping Illinois.

This is worse than the Duke game. They call the charge on Davis, but they didn't call it on the Taylor on the other end a couple of possessions ago. Illinois is fighting, but they can't beat Kansas and the refs.

Kansas is just playing great D...Big Ten teams outside OSU just don't have the offensive efficiency to take on a good defensive effort. You can say the refs are screwing over Illinois, I say they just suck in general.

What's that have to do withanything?? Kansas just isn't impressive to me. Regardless of who they are playing. Though Kansas has struggle with big ten teams, middle of the road big ten teams.

What else do you want them to do? They've shot over 50% from the field, they're gonna win by 15 points..this is a deep team; they don't blow out teams, they maintain a lead the whole game then when the other squad is tired, they pack it on. Not to mention, they're playing a big ten team; big ten teams have a very slow style of play, and they play good defense. Did you expect Illinois to give up 90 points?

Kansas will not face a team higher than a 9-seed on the way to the Final Four. Imagine if Butler gets out of the Southeast Region, they wouldn't face a seed higher than an 8 until the national championship game.

Wow. That's crazy. I actually thought the Southwest might have been the second toughest region when the brackets were released.
