Going on my first job interview tomorrow in what I can't remember how long! I have a job, but I came across this one on Monster and couldn't pass up the chance to send my resume. They responded and want to interview me.
Going in with confidence, experience and anticipation. It would mean a huge change and more money. I'm ready for this!

Curious as to how you know it's more money? Was it mentioned on Monster or did you talk to the recruiter about that?
Anyways, good luck! Much easier going into an interview when you don't NEED the job.

$$$ weren't mentioned but it's obvious given the position compared to what I do now. Also, I've research their company and took notes from their website. I'm confident I understand history, vision, mission etc.thedynasty1998;714647 wrote:Curious as to how you know it's more money? When they ask about a time when you experienced some adversity, don't bring up your time as a professional gambler. They assume you are some degenerate and probably won't hire you.

When they ask you if you have any questions, ask...Barbara Walters, Oprah, and your wife. Fuck one, marry one, kill one, GO!
In all seriousness, good luck. Hope it works out for the best.

If it does, send your kids to McKinley. At least the football team there wins games in Week 10.coyotes22;714814 wrote:Will this new job bring you closer to/in Stark Co.?

Communicating confidence and knowledge in your abilities is key. When your prospective employer senses this and his ability to profit from it he will be more likely to compensate you accordingly. Though compensation is a top consideration, it does have its limits. The profitability that an employee brings is what matters. If your compensation is within reason of your prospective employers budget and you can communicate to him how your skill will profit him he will take the chance on the higher end. Good luck to you and I hope you get the compensation you are looking for.
On a side note. Make sure you use good grammar in your interview though. It does not matter here but it can in an interview. Just sayin.

He wasn't saying, "Money weren't mentioned." I'm sure it was intended to be, "Dollars weren't mentioned."majorspark;714843 wrote:Communicating confidence and knowledge in your abilities is key. I took it as money but now that you mention dollars it makes cents.

Yes I meant Dollars (hence the the "$$$" signs)
Thanks for the well wishes to everyone and for the great advice. I got a good night's sleep and feel very good.
Coyotes... that would be sweet if it were up there wouldn't it?!?!?
Hopefully I picked a lucky day to do this!
