One thing I can't tell in the video and wonder if anyone else can tell but is the bully's face all fucked up or is it the video? I know he got face slammed but is it fucked up that fast? Looks like he has a huge black eye and bleeding from the mouth.

I think that kids mom is crazy if she thinks they deserve an apology because the fight went viral. What a dumbass. I also feel both kids deserved to be suspended but the little shit probably should've got a few more days. The article said both got 4 days. I would've given Casey 4 days and the bully 8.

Typically I would not have an issue with both being suspended with more being given to the bully based on fighting being against the rules. However in the article it eludes to the Heynes kid being bullied daily. I think those extenuating circumstances needed to be considered when deciding the punishment. If anything the school should be held accountable. My favorite part of that article.The fact that this smaller kid can't appreciate the difference in size between himself and a larger kid is his problem.

His mom is an idiot. Her son picked the fight. Her son threw (and landed) the first punch, to his victim's face, no less. Her son continued to assault his victim. Her son's friend did the video taping.
Her son pissed off the bullied kid too many times.
So far, I don't see any fault on the part of Casey. He was being bullied. He defended himself and ended the fight quickly. He walked away.
This woman is a class-A moron. I'm ashamed of the fact that we share a name.

It shouldn't really be a surprise that the bully's mom is quite ignorant. Usually kids that grow up with good parents who try to teach their kids to do the right thing don't act like that kid in the video. He probably learned it in his own household, and her recent comments only confirms this point.
