Because he has absolutely zero range and plays the same character in every movie he's been in?
Basically because he's a writer in most of the stuff. So he's basing the characters after himself.

I still haven't figured out how much Cera's lack of range bothers me. Sometimes it's a lot, other times I really like what he does.

 Cera hasn't been a writer on any of the movies he's been in. The only thing he is credited as a writer for is "Clark and Michael" which wasn't really a movie...

You might be thinking of Seth Rogen?

That's probably it, and I don't like that character at all.

As a general rule, any spoof with a title that's just a bunch of movie titles crammed together sucks.

The notable exception, of course, is "Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood". The gang initiation scene is absolute gold. (To see for yourself, start the video at 3:44).

Okay, I own 40 Year Old Virgin, and I loved superbad. Knocked Up had a lot of potential, but as a whole I thought that one sucked. Forgetting sarah mrashall, however, is by far the funniest movie of all of these. It is probably the funniest movie of the decade and one of the top five funniest movies of all time. And whoever referred to it as a chick flick, what the hell are you talking about? Head over heals is a chick flick, this movie is pure hilarious awesomeness.

Superbad was pretty good but I still liked Knocked Up and 40 Year Old Virgin better. The only thing I didn't like about Superbad is how they went overboard with the Seth/Evan relationship deal at the end.
