Health premiums go up … duped and fraud is the method
I get it now the health care premiums go way up before they go down. No! They go up but never go down? No! Premiums keep increasing and duped and fraud we can believe in .....YES
Has anyone seen that $2500.00 reduction in their premiums?
Has anyone seen any reduction in their premiums?
Deductable increased and so did the premiums....

Everything on mine got worse. Increased deductibles, increased premiums, less items covered, higher percentage for my share, higher prescription costs, higher specialists costs, etc, etc, etc. Thanks Obamacare! And yes it was Obamacare, our HR rep said the larger than normal changes were due to the company preparing for the Healthcare law.
[sarcasm]Just glad I can pay for 25 million others to get heathcare while mine gets worse![/sarcasm]

And for those of you who say Obama is anti-business, just look at who the major benefactors are. Uh, that would be the insurance companies.
I'll be honest with you, I wasn't a fan of the health care reform then and I'm not now. My gripe is that it didn't go far enough by not offering an alternative (public option) to the private-run health care. Without viable alternatives, we are still stuck with a system which separates the "haves" from the "have-nots". While I like the setup Canada has, I would have prefered to at least see the same insurance our Representatives and Senators enjoy get offered to the general public.

You realize they are just on the same setup as other federal employees right? They just choose from a list of available options and pay their portion. Their portions are pretty in line with most of the private sector. Common misconception.

Good point, but not available to you or me. I'd like to see a lot more options made available, including a public option.

You want everyone to have federal employee benefits? That's a bit ridiculous. They just have plans through Aetna, United Healthcare, etc. They aren't anything special.

One exception ... We pay for it .... the Federal employee pay little to nothing of their share..

That's not correct. The Postal employee doesn't pay much. A regular federal employee can pay around $140+ for family coverage every 2 weeks.

Incorrect; they are being saddled with higher risks and ultimately higher costs, which is all part of the grand plan to drive them out of business eventually so that we get to the one-payer government system that the liberals have wanted all along. There is nothing about any of this that will contain costs; if you thought so, well ....... jokes on you.stlouiedipalma;702044 wrote:And for those of you who say Obama is anti-business, just look at who the major benefactors are. Well, are profits going down on companies based on the healthcare law? Have we seen that yet?

My monthly premium increased 30%, my deductible increased, and my coverage decreased. But wait there's more!
Although my married adult daughter is now eligible for coverage under my plan at no cost to her until she's 26, when she uses my insurance that I and my employer pay for, the health care providers can now go after ME for anything my plan doesn't cover....NOT my adult daughter.
You would think that this would be in violation of fair credit and collection laws but apparently not. So if my daughter refuses to pay, I take the credit hit....and the collection calls.
Slick fucking deal, eh?
The pitfalls of ObamaKare are only just beginning.

If for what ever reason that your daughter was sick and you didn't take care of it, It wouldn't be obamakare's fault, It would be yours because you would be a worthless kunt

Wow, I really feel sorry for you. My mom has a 80/20 plan with a $500 deductible. You are really struggling, I can see that.ccrunner609;702404 wrote:My wife lost her plan because it was going up 22% for her employer and I am going to pay about $700 more a year for mine. My post was not about whether I would take care of my daughter if she were sick. It was about your leftist leader's socialist policies that are helping to drive this country into ruin. But since you are obviously a moron, don't let me keep you from drinking the Kool Aid.Thread Bomber;702409 wrote:If for what ever reason that your daughter was sick and you didn't take care of it, It wouldn't be obamakare's fault, It would be yours because you would be a worthless kunt

With my company, I actually have really good coverage. Although my premiums went up, they didn't go up but $7 a month. $66 a month with a $300 deductible. I am fortunate though. Of course this is single coverage, I have no dependents.

Right in line with the past trends before health care act was passed.

That's just one of the lies. BHO also promised ObamaKare would also decrease the national debt. LMAOqueencitybuckeye;702764 wrote:So the decrease they promised was a lie? Imagine.
While it is true that health care costs have been rising even well before ObamaKare, the increases in premiums and reductions in benefits were are lot more severe for me this cycle. Even our HR department says it's directly related to the new health care law.
BHO promised better, more efficient, and more affordable health care for all under his "plan." Is anyone surprised it isn't?
