Diebler did it with his mind. He closed his eyes and made it so. Duh. Winning.

I saw something that Matta said he was motivated tonight by a security guard going over the exit strategy for when the Penn State students rushed the court.

First a Cheerleader, now a security guard?!?! Who is gonna try/succeed in costing his team a game? My guess would be the mascot. Seems logical enough.

And I only said that because the only Villanova fan on OC said Notre Dame was running up the score with like 10 minutes left in the game, hence the second post I had.

Since I live only 9 miles from the Bryce Jordan Center, I couldn't resist attending last night's Buckeye Bonanza! lol

Diebler was on friggin fire!!

Before the game I heard some PSU fans talking about storming the court, it was Senior Night, 6,000 students in attendance, one of the largest crowds in BJC history, can't wait to knock off the hated #1 Buckeyes, blah, blah, blah.

I may have gotten little sleep last night, but work today in State College is gonna be very enjoyable. lol :D

Go Bucks!

the most complete game I've seen the Bucks play this season, and how about the standing O Diebler received when he left the court? pretty classy on PSU fans' part ;)

Yup, not a walk in the park at all. It was a screaming RUN through the park.

Sully didn't have that big of an impact, but this Buckeyes team continually proves they're not "Sully and everybody else", but instead, are a complete team.

I also came down with Diebler fever.
Actually, Sully did have an impact. He is the reason Diebler and Buford were open for many of their shots.

That much is obvious, however, a few of Dieblers 3's came in transition and off the dribble/screen.

I was talking impact in terms of #'s from Sully...

Hard to believe the BTN crew was so stupid to believe that ovation was for Diebler when PSU's best player in years was leaving the court at the same time...and after this same group of classless, pitiful fans cheered loudly when Sullinger was lying on the floor and they thought he was hurt.

I put PeeSU fans second only to Wisconsin when it comes to classless behavior.

Writer, I'm glad you noticed that as well. The PSU fans were mocking Diebler when he missed his final attempt as well. I also noticed the jeers and gestures from these fans when the Bucks had initially left the court at halftime. They even mocked Sully about his weight. Truly a bunch of slackers in State College.

True but I will say that the PeeSU fans at work today acknowledged Diebler's performance. They really thought Penn State had a chance after their showing in Columbus and were hoping a win over Ohio State would give them leverage for an NCAA bid. I just smiled and said, "Good luck in the NIT." lol

How pitiful is it for a fanbase to mock a palyer for missing a final 3-ball....after making 10 of the first 12???

Yeah. My friends and I caught the "Sully's on a SEE FOOD diet" sign. Were like "WTF? Did they make that sign when he was a sophomore in high school to save for a few years later?"
